  1. Add gelatin to water and let stand while you bring crushed pineapple, sugar and lemon juice to boil. Take pineapple off heat and stir in gelatin. Set in refrigerator until it begins to gel. Add cheese to pineapple mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
