  1. Mix together, well, first five ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 lightly greased casserole dish. Spread evenly. Place chicken in a single layer on top of rice mixture. Sprinkle one package of onion soup mix evenly over chicken parts. Cover casserole tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for two hours – NO PEEKY!!. After removing from oven, let casserole set for a few minutes to allow rice mixture to settle before removing foil.
