  1. In a medium-size bowl, combine chicken, apple, celery and walnuts. In a small bowl,combine mayonnaise,lime or lemon juice, and honey; stir to blend well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spoon dressing over chicken salad and toss to coat. Serves 4 but can be cut in half for 2 people.
