DelMar E. Myers Care Center at Casa de Modesto Retirement Center
Healthcare at Casa de Modesto Retirement Center’s DelMar E. Myers Care Center provides caring that comes from the heart for seniors that require either long or short-term skilled nursing care. Our team designs a customized care plan after a medical evaluation. This plan evaluates the health and wellness needs of the individual senior and adapts their needs to allow for as much or as little independence within the limits of their age and condition.
Priority admission is given to our Independent and Assisted Living residents at Casa de Modesto Retirement Center; however, non-residents should ask their doctor or hospital discharge planner to refer them to Casa de Modesto Retirement Center for skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, and physical therapy. We are certified for both Medicare and Medi-Cal and offer a wide range of services.
