Living at Home

Community Living

Independence
As your needs change, you become dependent on others for daily tasks such as transportation, grocery shopping and you begin feeling like a burden.
Dining
Lonesome eating alone. Don’t feel like cooking meals and possibly not eating healthy. May sometime skip meals and medications.
Active Lifestyle
Isolation from friends if not driving. Busy friends and family may not come around as often. Unable to get to activities.
Exercise
Walking alone is worrisome. Unable to get to exercise classes or gyms.
Housekeeping
Unable to do as many tasks as you used to. Doing laundry, vacuuming, dishes and making beds is more difficult.
Transportation
Relying on other people to take you places.
Emergency Assistance
Worrying about falling or if something would happen and no one would be around.
Independence
Confidential employees that give direct support based on your level of care with encouragement to be as independent as possible.
Dining
Accommodations for special diets. Three meals a day which is also offered for Independent Living. Table service and choice of where you would like to sit.
Active Lifestyle

All types of activities are offered such as ice cream socials, bingo, movies, outside events and more.

Exercise
Exercise classes are offered for each level both in person and by screen. An exercise room is available to all and is also licensed for Medicare Rehabilitation.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping is included in Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing. It is also available by request for Independent Living.
Transportation
Casa de Modesto provides transportation Monday through Thursday for appointments and shopping on specific days.
